Team Bios

Victor Escobar (Tecate, Mexico)
I like the adventure, navigation, hike, bicycle and paddle. I have participated in many small adventure races since 2005. In many of the races I go with my son's Victor Jr. and most often my youngest son Ramon.

I have climbed Picacho del Diablo, the highest point in San Pedro Martir on the Baja Peninsular, by the traditional route.

I organize bicycle rides and hikes in Baja and San Diego area. I especially like to introduce people to my native area around Tecate.

In 2008 I completed the Baja Travesia from San Felipe to Ensenada with my team of Mayte and Barrie. My family was our support and were there at all the transitions to give support and food for all of the team.
